So I have four different drafts that I still need to finish and post here on the blog but I looked at them all today and just wasn't interested in working on any of them. So Eric and I have been talking and we both might be going back to school in the near future! Yay! Eric is thinking about getting his Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and I might be going back to finish a Child life Specialist Certification. This is exciting news because I didn't think I would be going back so soon. I want to eventually go back and get a master's in social work but feel like that is not what I should be doing right now. Maybe once all of our children are grown but right now I'm okay with working with children in another capacity. I only have a few classes to finish up the certification and I'm so excited! I know you guys are probably thinking "what happened to staying at home with your kids and raising them?" I still am planning on doing this but I have decided I would really like to work when all my kids get to grade school so I am not just sitting around. I won't be working full time but maybe one or two shifts a week. I am so proud of Eric and for all that he has done and continues to do for our family. I love being able to be at home with Gen and not have to worry about money. I wish I was able to give more back to him I just love him so much.
