GIRL!!! So we went to get our second ultrasound yesterday and we got a really nice doctor who spent probably 20+ minutes trying to figure out what we were having. My last ultrasound was not the greatest. The doctor who performed the ultrasound was kind of negative because the baby was showing smaller than the 19 weeks that I was supposed to be. She didn't really try all that hard for us to figure out the sex of the baby. But the guy that was there yesterday was fantastic. Our baby girl was very stubborn and didn't want to move her legs. The only time that she did was to cross her legs which didn't help at all. :) The doctor was able to get a short glimpse of the anatomy down there and gave us a 90% surety that it was a girl. That's good enough for me! It's interesting because I really thought that it would be a boy. This whole time I've been thinking it was a boy I kind of got myself excited for a boy...but I love that it is going to be a girl. I'm kind of nervous because I think that girls are a lot more difficult then boys, but I'm so excited to get to dress this little one up in dresses and cute cute outfits! Also, over the holidays my niece was in town and as my mom got out some of my old American Girl stuff for her to play with I realized that I really wanted a girl to share it with. I can't wait to play dolls and have her dress up. I know that's kind of presumptuous that she'll be into those things...I'll still love her if she is a complete tomboy and loves to play sports...but I kind of hope that she'll be a very girlie girl. Here is another picture of her (Sorry I was having problems uploading the picture). I love it! And if you guys would like to know what her name is going to be

Genevieve Ellie after both of her grandmothers :)
My little Marianne!! Congratulations! I didn't even know you were pregnant! You are going to be just about the cutest pregnant lady ever (of course it helps that you are just about the cutest girl ever) and a great mom! I think you will really enjoy having a girl; I hear there is something special about that bond. Again, congratulations!!
